FAQs
Everything About Our Storage Services
1. I’m having trouble opening my unit. How do I open it?
Opening a storage unit isn’t always as easy as it looks! First, make sure the unit is unlocked. Move your latch to the left. If the top part of the latch is hard to move, grip the door and push up or down to relieve tension. Once the latch is in place, grab the handle and lift with your legs.
2. Do I need insurance for my stored items?
Absolutely! We require all customers to have insurance on their stored property. Facility insurance does not cover your items since they belong to you. If you already have homeowners or renters insurance, you can usually add your storage unit to your existing policy — it’s simple and easy.
3. I’m moving out soon. What do I need to do?
- Let us know roughly when you plan to move out.
- Take a photo of your empty, clean, and unlocked unit.
- Send the photo via text so we can close your account — proof of vacancy is required.
- Easy peasy!
4. How long is the lease or contract?
We offer month-to-month leases, so there’s no long-term commitment. Just give us notice before moving out and try to leave before your next billing cycle.
5. What size unit should I choose?
Need help picking a unit? Call us! In general:
5×10 – small walk-in closet
10×10 – a bedroom
10×20 – one-car garage
For long-term storage, consider sizing up for convenience.
6. How do I talk to someone about storage?
We’re available Monday through Friday, 8 AM–8 PM, Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm. Call, text, or email us at (772) 388-1110. We’re happy to answer any questions!
7. Can I store my RV or camper?
Yes! We offer RV and camper storage in Sebastian, FL. Spots are first come, first served, and pull-through spots for larger campers are limited — call ahead to reserve.
8. How do I get access to my unit?
Our facility is fully gated. Access is via your personal keypad code. Call us before your visit to confirm your code, as security updates may change codes periodically.
9. How do I keep my things secure?
Always make sure your unit is latched and locked. Check your unit before leaving, stay aware of anyone suspicious around the facility, and note times for security camera checks if needed. Safety first!
10. What if I need to switch units?
No problem! We offer a hassle-free transfer process. If using movers, you might need less space than expected. Many customers prefer a bit of extra room to easily access their items without moving everything around.
